In 2020, we experienced the Quarantine 15. Well, now its 2021 and the 15 is approaching 30. If you are looking to use the summer to become more active and shed some of the pandemic weight, consider joining this group led by Nancy Kanizar. This group will meet weekly and focus on meal planning, accountability, support, and maybe some group exercise.
